Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of customer receipt with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns. A credit for the order amount, minus freight and the restocking fee will be issued to the credit card used to place the order within 15 days of receipt and inspection of your return. Returns must be in original, undamaged packaging with an RMA# clearly printed on the shipping label to receive a full credit. COD shipments will not be accepted; you must prepay shipping charges for all returned items.

Damaged Shipments & Incorrect Items
To make a claim for a damaged shipment or incorrect item, exception must be taken at the time of delivery, and should be noted on the delivery receipt, and signed by the delivery agent. To receive a full credit or replacement order for damaged or incorrect items please mail three samples of the damaged or incorrect items with a copy of your order acknowledgement and indicate “Full Credit” or “Replacement Order” to:

Upon confirmation of damage or incorrect item we will issue a replacement order or a credit to the credit card used to place the order within ten working days.
